Workday Specialist is responsible for supporting Talent Management solution platform. The Workday specialist will work with customer teams to understand their unique business requirements, and assist customers throughout the implementation of the platform.

The Workday Specialist will be responsible for the support of our implemented products and tools. As the owner of issue resolution across numerous systems this role will require to work with external customers.


  • Employee lifecycle: experience supporting learning, development & succession
  • Business needs: articulate business problems, develop recommendations, influence stakeholders to adopt an approach and deliver results
  • Stakeholder management: working with diverse people, adapting your communication style to meet the needs of each client, standing your ground when you need to
  • Product expert: obtain product certification to resolve support tickets and guide HR teams through the best way (Alight will support you to get certified)
  • Support : use your product knowledge to resolve user issues that help customers to achieve their goals
  • Collaborative work style: Work amongst a multi facet global team, utilise remote collaboration tools, open to asking for help and spotting opportunities to help others
  • Delivery: Resolve support tickets within defined SLAs, identify risks and issues, plan your workload and schedule
  • Adapt to change: be comfortable with change in a fast-moving industry where we are always tweaking our methodology to find smarter ways of delivering outcomes
  • Coach and train: help your customers to grow their knowledge and skills to manage their own solutions


  • Graduate/Bachelor’s degree or related experience and/or training
  • 1+ years experience in supporting enterprise-wide learning, talent and performance management, preferably SaaS platform
  • Communicate in English & Bahasa
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment while collaborating across functional and geographical teams
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, tasks and customer priorities simultaneously
  • Certification in Cornerstone Ondemand or any comparable product, preferred
