Our client is a Sydney-based growing firm whose goal is to guide their clients through the complex and ever-changing landscape of home loans and investment lending to find the right loan for them. They work with families and business owners all over Australia, as well as Australian clients living and working overseas.
Our client needs 1 full-time Virtual Mortgage / Credit officer who will support their growing team of financial consultants. Knowledge of Australia's loan and mortgage process is a MUST.
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Engage prospective or existing customers to evaluate their finances and advise their viability in obtaining a loan
- Communicate directly with customers requesting supporting documentation and lending needs.
- Communicate verbally and over email with banks and lenders to discuss bank lending policies and status updates for existing applications
- Collate and manage client information in our CRM systems and client databases
- Review client financials and verification documents and input the data into our CRM’s and servicing calculators
- Determine the best financial products available to meet the clients needs
