We are looking for a FULL-TIME REMOTE Virtual Assistant - BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT to be part of our growing team.

Working Hours:

Initially 8 hours a day; fixed weekends off. Shifting schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business-related/Accounting courses

- Must have at least (3-5) years of relevant VA-Bookkeeper experience

- Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified QuickBooks Online/CPA Licensed is preferred but not required

- Familiarity with the ff. tools: (QuickBooks Online, Gusto Payroll, ADP Payroll, Deputy Timekeeping, Receipt Bank, and Karbon HQ to manage our staff workflows and their emails)

- Previous Proven Success as an accountant or bookkeeper experience

- Exposure in Start-up BPO

- Experience in using any CRM, Payroll Software

In addition, you will need:

- Noise-free environment

- Strong internet connection (at least 20MBPS Download and 5 -10MBPS upload speed)

- Laptop or another computer with at least I3, 8Gb of RAM

- Headphones w/noise cancellation
