- Frequent direct dialogue with all prospects to help them assess needs and requirements
- Drive most prospect presentations, product demos, and tech assessment
- Frequent direct dialogue with all high-value customers to help them assess needs and requirements across all channels
- Understand the new requirements and help the clients in choosing better plans and propose customized solutions
- Explore new areas of opportunities and value adds/propositions/scaling
- Document suggestions and ideas and share them with the product management team
- Proper understanding of the requirements and creating user stories
- Stay updated and actively engage in all meaningful blockchain developer communities
- Be an active member of various blockchain ecosystems
- Work with the core team to identify prospective blockchain protocols and frameworks
- Create high-quality product marketing content
