Responsible and Support full-cycle and end to end talent acquisition process
Set up job postings such as Jobstreet and related platforms and source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other platforms
Monitor key HR metrics
Manage internal HR system – Juztalent and Applicant Tracking system
Serving as a point of contact for candidate throughout the interview and onboarding process
Liaise with headhunters/recruiting firms on job vacancies, candidates and brief them on the requirements and budget
Providing consultation and advice to internal hiring managers and employees at all phases of hiring process
A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or similar related fields
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an in-house talent acquisition or external recruiter
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multi tasked
Passionate about people, services and culture
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and growth mindset
Excellent organisational Skills and attention to detail
