Talent Acquisition Specialist
Remote (Full Time) - KL
Responsibilities
● Responsible and Support full-cycle and end to end talent acquisition process
● Set up job postings such as Jobstreet and related platforms and source applicants through
online channels, such as LinkedIn and other platforms
● Monitor key HR metrics
● Manage internal HR system – Applicant Tracking system
● Serving as a point of contact for candidate throughout the interview and onboarding
process
● Liaise with headhunters/recruiting firms on job vacancies, candidates and brief them on the
requirements and budget
● Providing consultation and advice to internal hiring managers and employees at all phases
of hiring process
Requirements
● A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or similar related fields
● Minimum 3 years’ experience as an in-house talent acquisition or external recruiter
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multi tasked
● Passionate about people, services and culture
● Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and growth mindset
● Excellent organisational Skills and attention to detail
