Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting ensuring that Chronos has the right people in the right roles. This includes attracting A-Players, sourcing candidates through various channels, effectively screening candidates, and hiring top talents in the market. This individual must be able to forecast and understand talent needs in the organization and develop long-term recruiting strategies to address present and future hiring needs.
This role takes a proactive approach in building and managing relationships with hiring managers, internal and external business partners, and potential hires. By nurturing a talent pipeline and maintaining a sustainable pool of candidates, the TA Partner plays a crucial role in resource planning and allocation. Further, this role is a key player in employer branding by fostering a positive image of the company culture and by clearly communicating career opportunities and competitive employee benefits to candidates.
Outcomes and Accountabilities
- Understanding organizational and HR goals to identify the skills, experiences, and competencies each role must possess to contribute to the company’s success
- Serving as a subject matter expert and conducting data gathering and analysis of talent needs, trends, and recognizing recruiting opportunities in both local and global markets
- Coordinating with hiring managers and business partners in identifying hiring needs, job requirements, talent profiles, role success factors, and selection criteria
- Developing and ensuring adherence to frameworks, procedures, guidelines, and standards for a fair and effective hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience
- Liaising with Hiring Managers in creating clear-cut job and candidate evaluation scorecards
- Preparing hiring forecasts, identifying hiring priorities, participating in cost projection, and driving talent acquisition strategies
- Creating engaging job advertisements and optimizing hiring platforms to attract talent
- Sourcing potential candidates through multiple career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social media platforms
- Conducting candidate screening, initial interviewing, and competency assessment, driving timely feedback exchange, and facilitating pre-employment checks
- Managing hiring workflows and monitoring hiring pipelines via electronic Applicant Tracking System/s
- Aligning candidates with role expectations, company culture, workplace dynamics, and employee benefits
- Maintaining and engaging an active network of candidates across markets to address future talent needs
- Designing and continually enhancing recruitment programs (employee referral, campus recruitment, job fairs, fresh grad program, etc.) across multiple regions
- Developing process flows, SOPs, policies, and guidelines across the entire recruitment process (including candidate experience management and new hire onboarding)
- Acting as a Chronos brand ambassador by leading employer branding initiatives and representing the company in human resource events
- Generating regular reports and tracking key talent acquisition metrics and KPIs
- Researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, and evaluating emerging trends for benchmark comparisons
- Addressing hiring-related inquiries and guiding roles involved in talent assessment and selection as needed
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication or other related courses
- At least five (5) years of hands-on and progressive work experience in Talent Acquisition/full-cycle recruiting in a multinational/international organization
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and hiring managers in identifying talent needs and developing hiring strategies
- Advanced knowledge of effective job posting and candidate sourcing platforms, resume databases, social media, and relevant career and professional networking sites that attract A-Players
- Highly-skilled in candidate screening, competency assessment, and managing the hiring process and workflows through Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- Adept at developing processes, procedures, and setting up systems crucial to hiring success and operational efficiency
- Experience in networking, building strong relationships as well as recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures as well as labor laws and regulations across Asia Pacific, North American, and European countries
- Knowledgeable about the service, e-commerce, and digital marketing industries
- Experience in global benchmarking and designing and implementing Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives across multiple regions
- Successful track record in international stakeholder engagement and project management
- Well-versed in the latest technologies and must be savvy about systems and tools (e.g. google sheets, google slides, HR Management systems, etc.)
- Highly proficient in data management, reporting, and analysis
- Excellent planning, organizational, and goal-setting skills (knowledge of OKRs is a plus)
