Talent Acquisition Leader/Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated and successful Talent Acquisition Leader/Manager to join our Recruitment Support Team who will help us connect with great talent and manage our team of TA Specialists. Someone who is a manager, team-oriented and problem-solver.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
  • Eventually manage a team of talent specialists
  • Craft and send recruiting emails and direct messages
  • Coordinate with hiring partners to determine position requirements and collaborate with the Recruitment Support Team
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
  • Maintain candidate databases via an Applicant Tracking System
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a Recruitment Leader/Manager
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Work from home set up and can work on EST zone
