We are seeking to hire an Applicant Success Agent to join our growing team! You will be providing professional-level service via email, chat, and phone. You will be required to provide information about our product while resolving any emerging problems that customers might encounter.

General Functions And Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end-users (local and remote) through Chat, Email and over the Phone, focusing on individualized customer service experience at a high-standard professional level.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, that might include but are not limited to functionality errors, communication errors, missing command errors, etc.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data from available resources necessary to solve customers’ concerns and technical issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate resource.
  • Update the User Support ticketing system with any modifications, changes, and the present status of a ticket.
  • Ensure proper use of the ticketing system in place when helping end-users.
  • Maintain a collaborative working communication line with the internal technical, project teams, and support/lead manager to solve customers’ issues.
  • Continuously improve upon the qualification level to achieve maximal customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Manifest organizational citizenship behavior through taking responsibilities for tasks that are not listed in the job description

Minimum Requirements, Competencies And Knowledge

  • Written and Spoken English Proficiency
  • Must be comfortable using technology
  • Seek to understand
  • Detail-oriented
  • General knowledge and understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to troubleshoot different types of technical issues, starting from hardware to operating system/application issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to work independently effectively proceeding with objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit in front of their computer for long periods of time.
