The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse range of strategy projects and initiatives that are critical to the future growth of Google’s ad business. In this role, you will engage and coordinate closely with Google’s global, regional and local teams, and executive management.
You will form a robust understanding of market opportunities and challenges, which you will use to develop short- and long-term strategic initiatives. You will provide holistic, local insights to influence global Google Customer Solutions (GCS) strategy and roadmap. In addition, you will lead deployment of sales pilots in-market, and act as the representative of the region on what’s working and what’s not.
Additionally, you will be leading, launching, and landing new strategic programs specifically tailored to APAC’s emerging markets. As a trusted advisor to GCS’s leaders, you will contribute to the success of GCS and Google’s customers in APAC.
