  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Program Management

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Experience in drawing insights from complex datasets and making actionable recommendations
  • Experience in strategy implementation and operational topics with direct engagement style
  • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and demonstrated influencing skills across organizational boundaries
  • Impeccable business acumen while navigating multiple dimensions of business issues

About The Job

The Strategy and Operations team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. You will be part of the strategy team supporting the Lead for gPS APAC. You will also work in close partnership with the gTech Strategy and Operations colleagues in other regions.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will join the gTech Professional Services (gPS) Strategy and Operations team. In this role, you will lead projects influencing people across organizational boundaries. You will be working with key partners across gTech to define and conduct key analyses to measure operational and business performance. You will support a mix of strategic and operational projects. You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and regional projects.

  • Develop and shape differentiated service strategies and efficiency initiatives collaborating cross-functionally across the various stakeholders in APAC and beyond.
  • Manage the strategy development and communication process with senior executives across all levels.
  • Own regular cadence of reporting and analysis of operational performance of gPS team.
  • Identify opportunities proactively that would deliver a substantial impact to the gPS operations.
  • Deliver projects in collaboration with teams as a project member or lead.
