Based in Singapore, we are an international team of passionate change makers with broad and deep experience in development, commercial and operations.
You’re focus in this role, will be to conceptualize and present potential software solutions to clients, architect and evolve core products, ownership for facilitating technical architecture and client implementation sessions, leading the technical client engagements and guiding and coaching junior team members.
At this stage, these contract arrangements will be for 6 months, but they may extended depending on work volumes.
These roles are also available remotely, from Software Architects around the world. Our preference is for someone in APAC as this is the timezone the role operates in.
You are a Software Architect who brings;
- The ability to bring to life concepts and ideas clearly and concisely for a wide range of clients
- Proven success advising clients on cloud native development and software architecture solutions
- At least 6 years’ experience in Software Architecture including solid knowledge in utilising cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Previous accountability for the architecture of multiple products/systems
- Self-motivated, curious and tenacious attitude
- A passion for architecting effective solutions which are scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and distributed
- Technical expertise with Red Hat products and cloud native languages (Golang), expert level knowledge in Docker, Containers, and Kubernetes
- Expert level in design patterns, including microservices and strategies on service separation
- Full stack development experience
- Knowledge of engineering development practices (Scrum, Lean, Kanban etc)
- Detailed experience with Red Hat Open Shift and other container / cloud platforms would be a bonus
- Prior experience as an independent consultant in Cloud Architecture
