Responsibilities
- Implement growth strategies to drive both portfolio leaders and portfolio copiers via community management and other approaches.
- Coordinate with different business teams (Data, Product, Ops, Marketing, Country Teams, and CS) to deliver the results.
- Help to improve the product quality and gather user feedback to increase the user experience.
- Onboard retail/institutional trading clients/partners and maintain relationships with them.
- Analyse competitor movements and find opportunities to grow market share.
Requirements
- Basic industry knowledge and experience.
- Social trading background is a plus.
- Community-management experience with both retail and institutional clients.
- Good interpersonal skills with 2-5 years experience working in financial services/crypto/fintech.
- Experience working on and delivering new products with basic marketing/growth sense.
- Languages - Fluent / Native in English communication.
