Responsibilities

• Implement growth strategies to drive both portfolio leaders and portfolio copiers via community management and other approaches.
• Coordinate with different business teams (Data, Product, Ops, Marketing, Country Teams, and CS) to deliver the results.
• Help to improve the product quality and gather user feedback to increase the user experience.
• Onboard retail/institutional trading clients/partners and maintain relationships with them.
• Analyse competitor movements and find opportunities to grow market share.
  

Requirements

• Basic industry knowledge and experience.
• Social trading background is a plus.
• Community-management experience with both retail and institutional clients.
• Good interpersonal skills with 2-5 years experience working in financial services/crypto/fintech.
• Experience working on and delivering new products with basic marketing/growth sense.
• Languages - Fluent / Native in English communication.
