You will

  • Find new investment areas to expand our marketing portfolio, owning test design, execution, analysis, and scaling the best opportunities
  • Leverage campaign and creative testing results to uncover growth and optimization opportunities
  • Conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance, determine and prioritize opportunities, and drive successful execution
  • Rigorously test hypotheses and use data to drive decisions, including implementing the necessary analytical frameworks and reporting mechanisms to measure and drive success
  • Partner with our product, brand, digital and business operations teams to launch new campaigns and initiatives
  • Develop and report on the marketing success metrics for all programs

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
