What You’ll Do

  • Act as trusted advisor to the cross-functional user groups working with customer case management by providing SFDC troubleshooting and process support for the Case Management module.
  • Provide new user setup and onboarding support to ensure standard methodology and process adherence
  • Lead user training development and delivery in collaboration with SMEs and Commercial Learning and Development team
  • Support creation of SFDC reports and dashboards
  • Ensure tool and process governance
  • Document user support enquiries and identify process improvement opportunities through data
  • Support process improvement projects

Who You Are

  • Excellent skills in SFDC, particularly the case object
  • Problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient MS Office skills and be comfortable working with different systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact expertly with a diverse group
  • Self-motivated and ability to prioritize based on customer and business needs
  • Continuous innovation, process improvement, and resourcefulness skills.
