  • Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 5 AM-2 PM CST (7 PM-4 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun) 
  • Work Duration: Permanent/Full-time WFH
  • Earn $6 – $15/hr depending on your experiences (negotiable, salary increase is based on performance) 

Key Deliverables: 

The post holder will interface directly with client Service Managers / IT Directors / CEO / CTO / CAO to custom-fit MSPbots’ products and services for their operations. The goal is to implement MSPbot’s methodology to current and prospective clients’ MSP business to increase their efficiency, technician compliance and profitability.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a successful team to provide top notch support for Managed Services Customers
  • Set clear objectives, evaluate progress, and install high performance culture focus on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
  • Set-up, manage and improve standards and procedures within the team
  • Manage the team and individual performance, technical and skills development
  • Review daily priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved
  • Provide input to the company service strategy

 Candidate Profile:  

  • 3 years of work experience leading a support team in a managed IT service environment is required 
  • Strong background with popular PSAs being used by MSPs (ConnectWise, AutoTask, ServiceNow, etc)
  • Experienced and conversant in Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules 
  • General technical understanding of Networking and Hosting technologies and solutions  
  • Able to develop effective relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales and product management 
  • Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
