They are currently hiring for a Service Desk Engineer (Japanese Speaker) to join their growing IT team based in Malaysia.

Job Description

You will be a part of the Global Service Desk that supports the Japanese market. You will provide 1st level support to internal users to provide exceptional customer satisfaction:

  • Conducting ticket handling and remote troubleshooting, opening tickets on first contact and assigning tickets to 2nd level support
  • Logging in any support issues on systems, including SAP, Concur, SuccessFactor etc
  • Administering Active Role Servers for user accounts, group and distribution lists
  • Providing PC setup by remote operation, remote multi-functional printer operations, asset management and other IT hardware and mobile support
  • Supporting Outlook, O365, Windows 10, Skype, File Access Management, File Restoration Service
  • Assisting on global/regional IT project implementations

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent language skills in English and Japanese (N1/N2)
  • Experience as a service desk specialist (1-2 years)
  • Knowledge in remote troubleshooting, Microsoft Active Directory, O365 and IT hardware (printers, scanners, mobile)
