Lead user research projects from end to end, including crafting research strategy, recruitment, briefing, execution, analysis and synthesis
Identify potentially impactful opportunities for research, ranging from formative to evaluative
Plan and facilitate group activities such as workshops, co-design sessions, focus groups, and brainstorming sessions to stimulate divergent and convergent thinking
Generate & present actionable insights that inform and influences how our product teams think about our users in holistic way
Present and promote your research results and recommendations to stakeholders in engaging ways, using research artifacts and inspiring stories from the research process
Support the research with artifacts (such as service blueprints, customer journey maps, personas, and ecosystem maps) to help visualize and analyze the current state of experiences and envision future ones
Assist individual business units in consuming research results, ensuring that insights are understood and properly applied
Advocate user research, explaining its benefits, educating and getting stakeholder buy-in for its practice

Requirements
Has 3-5 years experience as UX Research or UX Designer
Have a deep understanding of design thinking and research methods (such as discussion guides, ideation workshops, diary studies, direct observation, in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept and prototype testing, online surveys, user studies) and can point out what techniques should be used and what questions need to be asked to uncover specific insights
Always frames the context before recommending solutions, asking questions to clarify objectives at every sign of confusion, yet comfortable with approaching complex, ambiguous issues
Highly critical and strategic, can take a step back to find and frame the real problem and see the root cause & big picture
Curious, motivated, analytical, and self-managed, with a deep desire for learning and self-improvement
Passionate about user experience and customer research and empathizes well with users (have a knack for “being in other people’s shoes”)
Excellent communication and presentation skills can compose engaging presentations and intuitive data visualization to illustrate important points
Can handle ambiguity and contribute to improving team workflows and processes
Passionate in helping others “see the big picture”
Thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Proactive and comfortable in collaborative processes since you will work closely with UI Designers, Product, and Data Team in solving a problem
