This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and ambitious, entrepreneurial, team player, enjoys research and managing projects within a rapidly growing international company. Senior Shopper Insights Manager will work closely with our research teams based in Europe and South America to deliver insightful reports and bring value to our clients.


  • Designing shopper research projects of medium and higher complexity
  • Project management – coordinating shopper research studies globally
  • Managing big accounts
  • Managing external partners – translators, designers, etc.
  • Interpreting data and making insightful presentations and recommendations
  • Reporting & executive summary delivery
  • Presenting to clients remotely or in person
  • Transforming business by managing internal projects
  • If needed, managing other research studies (ad, digital, innovation etc.)
  • Supporting sales representatives in shopper pitches 

Requirements (must-haves)

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s in Psychology, Economics or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of market research
  • Native Mandarin
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package (Excel, Power Point)
  • Quantitative (numerical) reasoning
  • Excellent project management, reporting and presenting skills
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts into language that can be understood by clients
  • Capacity to translate substantial amounts of data into insights, conclusions and recommendations

Requirements (nice to haves)

  • Fluency in Japanese
  • SPSS or similar program for statistical analysis
