Job Description

  • Develop an Enterprise Account Plan for each enterprise account, then drive the execution of that plan to success
  • Develop and manage Go-to-Market strategy for the mass market solution
  • Prospecting, building the pipeline and selling SESAMi cloud-based procurement solutions to potential clients
  • Participate in RFQs, Tenders with preparation of Business Value Selling proposals and other follow-through presentations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, local market and competitive issues and trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams and develop visionary road maps for product, sales and account related activities
  • Create and own established and credible relationships with relevant accounts, by understanding their business needs, challenges and expectations at an organisational and individual level
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your scope, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues for customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on client status/stakeholders, sales progress and account metrics
  • Exceed sales revenue targets assigned
  • Lead the monthly group management reporting with variance analysis on key business drivers such as Sales, Marketing, & Revenue

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of proven Account Management within a complex software application/ SaaS/ Cloud solution environment
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills
  • A self-starter, able to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment
  • Analytical and problem-solver, with exemplary leadership skills
  • Having an extensive network of industry contacts will be a plus
  • Good understanding on eProcurement systems (GeBIZ, SESAMi, etc) and the Source-to-Pay process will be an added advantage
  • Salary $5K to $7K/monthly
