Crypto.com is headquartered in Hong Kong with a 2500+ strong team. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and committed person to manage the HR Operations for our Singapore office. Reporting to the Group HR Director based in Hong Kong, you will also support the regional HR Operations function.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal clients and stakeholders; define and drive talent strategy and people priorities.
  • Advise and facilitate the business with workforce planning, performance/ talent management, people development, succession planning and employee relations matters through a consultative approach and sophisticated style
  • Be the go-to person for responsible units; problem-solve and forecast any issues/opportunities for the entire employee lifecycle by conducting analyses and identifying potential solutions and mobilizing/liaising the relevant teams to make them successful.
  • Streamline workflow and maintain consistency in practices through cross team knowledge sharing and alignment.
  • Proactively drive and support delivery of HR processes, engagement initiatives and issues; lead/participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed
  • Review and develop the required HR processes and procedures to support the group expansion and enhance the business effectiveness for Singapore


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • At least 8 years' regional experiences in HR business partner
  • Preferable and have regional HR experiences in major markets in Asia Pacific
  • Familiar local labor laws in Asia Pacific countries
  • Excellent verbal and written English. Chinese is nice to have but not mandatory.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A "can-do" attitude; you are diligent and loyal, quick, effective and responsible
  • Self-motivation, being attentive to detail and independent fast learner, not afraid but excited from often changes
  • Readiness to help and support other's work, being highly proactive yourself
