Job Description:

Business Development and Account Manager will be responsible for getting new clients on board and manage existing client account as well.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, invoices and deliverables etc.
  • Capture trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Proven sales track record
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with client keeping company values intact
  • Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.


  • 12+ Years of working experience in Research and Analytics domain.
  • Must have understanding of Qualitative and Quantitative research along with secondary research.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems as both a leader and individual contributor.
  • Proven skills in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to drive initiatives.
  • Understanding of macro-economic conditions & competitors- trends
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
