Webxloo is searching for Sales Specialist/Representative to join our amazing team!
Webxloo is an international company with R&D offices in Ukraine, specializing in the development of IT products for the automotive industry. We are currently expanding our sales team for new marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
— help to create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services;
— update and maintain all customer records and ensure continuous improvement of the CRM Database;
— perform competitor research and work with statistics and data analysis;
— maintain working knowledge of all products, services, and promotions;
— increase customer base.
Experience and skills needed:
— sales experience in IT, B2B at least 1 year;
— sales experience with international customers;
— excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— the ability to make presentations;
— good in comprehension, reading and writing English;
— experience in working with CRMs;
— ability to work from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. (lunch break from 13:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m. EEST).
Will be a plus:
— experience in selling CRM software;
— knowledge of other languages;
— previous experience in Marketing, Email Marketing, CRM systems, Telemarketing and Copywriting;
— skills using appropriate computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems;
— experience in selling software development projects in outsourcing companies.
