  • Ability to speak to both technical and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to articulate business needs and derive insights from large data sets
  • Basic/intermediate SQL skills. Excellent presentation, communication, problem solving, analysis, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for continuous optimization or process re-engineering

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The APAC Sales Efficiency team is focused on empowering the work of Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams through the improvement of capabilities, excellence and support teams utilization. In close partnership with other teams (Product, Global Business Operations, gCare, Subregion/Country) we aim to streamline the complexity of the sales landscape.

As an APAC Sales Operations Lead, you will be a member of a small team and be responsible for the deployment and activation of different projects related to Sales capabilities and Sales efficiency for APAC LCS teams.

With deep knowledge of business analysis, sales processes, customer planning and opportunity management, you will engage with key Country Go-to-Market (GTM), Global Strategy and Operations, Media Operations and Leadership to drive large scale sales efficiency initiatives across APAC. You have a passion for change management, optimizing processes, and helping shape an exceptional sales organization.


  • Set and drive the operating rhythm for LCS Sales excellence. Prepare timely reviews and in-depth information at APAC Executive reviews for Operational Metrics, and give actionable information.
  • Partner with the Global Strategy team to cascade Business Operations initiatives, as well as represent APAC’s point of view in Global Executive reviews.
  • Partner with Country teams to ensure alignment with Regional and Global initiatives, scale best practices, and activate desired seller behavior.
  • Act as regional point of contact on day-to-day sales processes.
  • Develop and scale tools, reports, and materials to empower LCS sellers (e.g. playbooks and dashboards).
