Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management or other related fields

- Minimum of 2 years Sales Manager Experience in related B2B Channel and having Digital Marketing, IT background is preferred.

- Understand the market, customer and competitive information in order to build sales strategy and objectives to maximize revenue.

- Basic in English (Writing, Reading and Speaking).

- Excellent Computer skills and Presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current and potential customers based on their requirements and relationship conditions to expand the business.

- Conduct own recruiting, objectives setting, periodic performance targets, coaching and performance monitoring of the team.

- Focus on team’s technical and sales reports to collect, analyze and summarize sales information.

- Looks for opportunities to grow B2B business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives.

- Ability to achieve Sales target and revenue in monthly practice.

- Need to identify new clients and sources of business.

- Able to provide continuous improvement in the sales while building customer loyalty.

- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.

  • - Report and clearly communicate status and objectives to Founder, Sales Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Other Information

- Working Days – Monday to Friday (10AM to 4PM), Sat (10AM to 1:30PM)

- Location – No (85), Moe Thauk Pann Street, Su Paung Housing, Htu Par Yone Ward (1), Thaketa Township, Yangon
