Responsibilities

  • Qualify & nurture outbound/inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Set up qualified meetings between (prospective) customers and our Sales Executives.
  • Interact directly with potential customers to understand their business requirements & painpoints to position the value of Leena AI
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services and build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Leena. AI teams (Sales, Product, Marketing & Development) to address customer requirements and feedback.
  • Make a minimum of 75 calls & 25 custom emails per day

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound prospecting
  • A general understanding of Information Technology and SaaS offerings
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
  • Experience working with a CRM (bonus points for Hubspot CRM) & Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with Leena AI prospects and internal colleagues
  • Team player with the highest level of integrity, who will continue to improve the way, Leena. AI serves its customers.
  • Be able to work in a fast, pivotal, and ever-changing environment
  • Other Duties as Assigned
