One of our clients is looking for a Sales Coordinator, who can perform the following tasks.
1) Someone to work standard PST hours and join on all sales-related Zoom calls with prospective clients, have access to their HubSpot CRM system to do data entry and manage the pipeline records there, be accountable for sales-related follow up tasks to help manage and advance leads through to the conversion, etc. you need to have very strong spoken and written English ability and be quick to identify and independently act on sales admin responsibilities—for example:
a. Help compose email follow-ups after each sales call
i. prepare draft proposals as well based on the scope of services discussed on the sales calls
b. When prospective clients respond saying they’re “not ready yet, check back with me in a month” the sales analyst will proactively set those task reminders in HubSpot and ensure that our firm does follow up on time
c. As our sales department continues to grow, so you need to manage the tracking/reporting/analysis of each salesperson’s productivity in HubSpot CRM
d. Other HubSpot data administration, reporting, analysis
e. Ad-hoc projects related to sales, marketing, CRM data, etc.
i. Spreadsheet skills are a plus (for example to work with large lists of contact records)
