Job Detail

We are looking for a result-driven and passionate Retail Store Supervisor to be responsible for the overall retail store management. Individuals must be comfortable with hands-on and collaborative roles with other functions in the execution of all retail activities.


Daily store operations

  • Manage, count, verify and reconcile daily cash register sales
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally, while providing quality customer service; answer questions about products and recommend them accordingly
  • Perform opening and closing procedures effectively according to store policies and procedures
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and operational efficiency in all retail touchpoints
  • Inventory management, processing and replenishing goods and ensuring stocks availability

Team management

  • Lead retail team to maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness standards of the store
  • Create a positive work environment by motivating and encouraging the team to foster good relationships with one another
  • Responsible for training and onboarding staff
  • Ensuring the sales team to follow PRISM+ service standards and store operational practices
  • Always aim to optimize duty rosters to ensure full floor coverage, maximizing sales and wage efficiencies

Sales target management

  • Set and monitor sales performance to achieve or exceed retail sales targets
  • Sales reporting provides timely sales reports and analysis, making recommendations and flagging risks regarding anticipated shortfalls
  • Working closely with company’s management, plan and implement suitable incentives and push out plans to boost sales

Improving and recommend new processes and systems

  • Introduce methods to collect data from the ground members and customers
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Recommend new systems such as POS


  • Well versed in retail store processes and systems
  • Experience in mall landlord relations and working with department store concessions.
  • Sales-driven, analytical, and meticulous
  • Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; must enjoy interaction with people of different levels, departments, cultures, and backgrounds
  • Mature, independent worker, with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for growth and self-development
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Class 3A/3 license would be an advantage


  • At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience; retail store management/operations experience would be an advantage
