About The Job

The YouTube Partnership Enablement Team is focused on providing comprehensive services and solutions to YouTube content partners and our internal Content Partnerships team. Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout YouTube to address our partners’ most pressing needs on YouTube. We develop cross-functional programs and go-to-market resources for products, policies and content strategies that are strategically important for YouTube’s partner ecosystem.

As a Responsibility Program Manager, you will work with key cross-functional stakeholders across YouTube focused on public policy-related partner-facing campaigns and initiatives. Working side-by-side with YouTube Content Partnerships, Government Affairs and Public Policy, Marketing and Comms teams, as well as third-party organizations, you will develop and execute a strategy for consistent and meaningful engagement with our creator, media company, and music partners on YouTube’s key policy priorities in their markets.

You are knowledgeable about the policy and regulatory environment affecting the digital media landscape in APAC, and are passionate about working at the intersection of public policy, business, media, and technology. You are able to creatively define YouTube’s narrative when it comes to public-interest campaigns, and can harness the influence of our partners and creator community to boost those efforts.

At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.

Responsibilities
