Remote Sales Development Representative

Our Japanese natural lifestyle and hair-care brand is planning to expand to the Philippines

 Our company is looking for Remote Sales Development Representatives to be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and being the first touchpoint between a business partner and our company. The duties of the Remote Sales Development Representatives will include finding business partners in the Philippines and act as first touchpoint between Shizenlabs and the business partner.

Sales Development Representatives, who can provide a suitable partner & business plan, will be provided the first right of refusal for specific territories as sole agents.

In order to be successful in the Sales Development Representative role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a sales agent in the cosmetic industry is an advantage. We are looking for Sales Development Representatives all over the country. Must live in the Philippines. 

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Be able to work from home
• Work hard with little supervision
• Keep great documentation/records
• Biweekly reporting on progress 
• Maintain good relationship with business partner

Requirements:

• Must be 18+
• Sales experience 

Skills:

• Self-Motivated
• History with Sales
• Experience in the cosmetic industry is a plus
• Great people skills - Must be able to talk to clients

• Job is Commission based. The commission is based on the final billable amount
