Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have completed high school or K12
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO recruiting experience
Remote-work capability
- Hardware: Must have laptop or desktop with at least 8GB RAM and Intel Core i3 processor or its equivalent
- Stable Internet Connection: Must have a stable internet connection with a speed of at least 10mbps
RecOps Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts Final Interview for agent application covering Motivation, Commitment, Culture Fit, and Communication Skills Assessment
- Facilitates the callout of hires/leads as needed to check on the completion of the recruitment process/requirements.
Metrics
- Quality – Completeness, and Accuracy of interview notes and EOD report
- Productivity – Completion of the interview/callout target
- Attendance
Work Schedule – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Work Arrangement – WAHA/WOSA
Contract Duration: 6 months
