Recruitment Researcher

What we are looking for:

​Experience you will bring:

• An understanding of agency recruitment 
• Experience utilising various sourcing tools: LinkedIn; eFinancial careers, Facebook, XRay search
• Confidence and the ability to speak with C suite candidates along with being able to weed out the great junior talent from the masses
• Ideally you will understand Financial Services
• You will be an excellent researcher utilising Google, wikipedia and any other tools that will educate you  

Essentially you will be briefed on roles that we are recruiting for our clients. We expect you to ask questions, be inquisitive and then go out and find talent that fits the requirement. Not just the technical requirements but also the cultural fit for the firms we recruit for, the right personalities that make a difference and the diamonds that will get hired into a long and succesful career.

This role is a Remote working position based in the Philippines.

You will work with and report into the MD based in Dubai and occasionally be asked to support the MD based in the UK. 

We offer a base salary + commission on succesful placements.
