The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for 180-degree recruitment process for both permanent and temporary roles. Consultants are well organized and self-driven with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

- Establish and maintain good relationships with candidates on behalf of Launch Recruitment,

- Understand and manage candidate expectations

- Have appropriate knowledge of the roles candidates are seeking

- Market intelligence i.e. knowledge of the job market, pay rates, etc.

- Communicate steps and time frames

- Sourcing, screening, selecting candidates utilizing all available tools

- Pre-screening, interviewing and growing candidate pools


- Diary management

- Letters and correspondence using MS Word and Outlook Email

- Online advertising using JobAdder

- General Recruitment Tasks


*4+ years’ of experience in IT recruitment

- Proven success in the recruitment industry with strong billing history

- Experience in international recruitment process is a plus

- Strong knowledge of IT roles and hierarchy structure

- Energetic and passionate approach to work

- Able to show initiative be able to find solutions and resolve problems

- Able to operate calmly under pressure and meet deadlines through prioritizing and multitasking


- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in commerce,business, management or

- Technical discipline relevant to the area of operation; or

- Equivalent work experience

Other Requirements:

- Philippines Resident

- Excellent Broadband connectivity

- Suitable remote working environment

- Must have own PC device with reliable broadband and back-up connection


- Full time Contract with 13th Month Pay

- Day Shift Schedule

- Permanent Work from Home
