Recruiter / Sourcer

This is a remote position.

• Understanding ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
• Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisement and managing responses
• Reach out to target talent via Seek Talent Search and other sourcing platforms
• Design & conduct engaging talent outreach campaigns
• Engage with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement
• Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
• Reviewing resumes and online portfolios for pre-screening candidates
• Measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source-of-hire etc.)
• Identifying future staffing needs for the purpose of proactively sourcing potential hires
• Logging candidates’ information in Jobadder (ATS) if necessary.
• Developing a network comprising of industry professionals and potential candidates
• Contacting past applicants and informing job opportunities
• Create referral programs from external/internal networks to fill roles
• Sending recruiting emails as needed and following up with candidates
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers for identifying the requirements for each position

Requirements With Solid Experience In Sourcing/Recruitment (volume Hiring)

Preferably with experience in using Seek – Talent Search platform

Ability to draft & publish attractive job advertisement and managing responses

Knowledge and exposure with tools like Canva preferred

Excellent written and communication skills Ability to filter and source candidate based on business needs

Strong sourcing and recruiting strategies

Exposure with resume databases, social networks and professional sites

Ability to write business and recruiting emails

Exposure to hiring support roles is an advantage

• Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
• Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
• Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
• Headset with mic
• No background noise during work hours
• Must not be currently employed full time
