This is a remote position.
Our customer is from Korea and is setting up a team to launch the English version of a major Korean First Person Shooter (FPS) game. We are looking for employees to join the launch team for the Philippines. The ideal candidate for Receptionist has experience with customer facing experience. This role is full time employment and office based, with office located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila.
- Maintains reception orderly and ensure professional setting at all times
- Greet guests and business partners upon entrance at the office
- Guide guests and visitors to the necessary department and offer assistance
- Handle calls and inquiries to the office and relay them to the right department
- Assist executive secretary when required
- Working experience in a hotel or casino as a front desk employee or concierge
- Pleasing personality with guest facing experience
- Great character who is hard-working, ready to learn and efficient.
