This is a remote position.

Our Client Is a Real Estate Company Based In Victoria, And They Are Looking For a FULL-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT To Do The Following Tasks

  • Processing documentation for new listings and contracts
  • Customer service to sales clients
  • Organising online and print marketing
  • Data entry into our online database
  • Assisting and supporting the sales representatives
  • Personal assistance to the company Director
  • Job allocation to tradies
  • Design flyers
  • Help in marketing
  • Work with office admin
  • Manage Calendar and set appointments


  • At least 3 years of experience as a Real Estate VA
  • Has Australian Experience in residential real estate market
  • Enthusiasm to learn and work in the real estate industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Publisher
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Work From Home Requirements

  • At least 10mbps internet connection
  • Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
  • Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
  • Headset with mic
  • No background noise during work hours
