About The Role

Virgil is hiring an Analyst to join our Provider Activation team. The Provider Activation team is focused on the supply side of the marketplace by bringing in behavioral healthcare providers. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Provider Activation and working on onboarding our providers and day to day provider support. The team is looking for a pro-active, experienced professional who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide a world class onboarding experience to our new providers, including teaching them how to use our technical systems based on developed trainings
  • Prepare pre-onboarding tasks for new providers, including creating new accounts and completing background checks
  • Track utilization of our providers and assist with reporting on relevant data points
  • Collect credentialing information from providers and log all information in corresponding trackers
  • Liaise with HR, Recruiting, and the Training Associate to smoothly onboard our providers
  • Track onboarding progress, including task completion, completion dates, and onboarding issues
  • Maintain provider availability trackers

In addition to our clinicians and supporting departments, our company is built around four cross functional teams (spanning operations, product, marketing, business development, etc.):

  • Demand - Deliver top notch products and services to our growing number of patients. You'll work with patients to understand pain points and optimize the patient journey from first contact to start of care to offboarding.
  • Supply - Own and manage the relationship with our clinical practitioners. You are responsible for the growth of our clinician ecosystem by attracting, recruiting, and retaining high quality behavioral care providers.
  • Platform - Build tools and provide services to optimize and improve the delivery of clinical care. You'll help match the right provider with the right family, coordinate clinical care, and develop digital therapeutics products.
  • Quality - Improve the quality of care delivered to our patients. You'll ensure that we provide strong clinical outcomes, develop training platforms to level up our providers, and maintain compliance with a variety of payor and regulatory requirements.
