THE ROLE            

We are looking for a Program Manager who will plan, execute, track, and manage end to end solutions for the eKos_connect platform to ensure the delivery of desired customer and business value. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and driven individual, who sees things with a holistic view to drive implementation and works well with the team to achieve key objectives. He/She should possess strong leadership and communication traits, and the demonstrated ability to influence outcomes. The position demands a high-level of attention to detail, belief in process with systematic planning and the ability to execute to plan.

YOUR TASKS

  • Manage the project lifecycle and solutions from idea to execution 
  • Develop detailed work plans, project schedules and estimates, task prioritization, resource plans and status reports.
  • Monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables
  • Work closely with marketing, product, data, engineering and business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and needs 
  • Lead communication and solution delivery across cross-functional operating teams 
  • Monitor the team’s development velocity and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers in a timely fashion.
  • Determine the go to market plan for new product capabilities including geographic scope and rollouts, detailed timing, ramp and analytics plan. 
  • Ensure measurable KPIs are developed for the program, and that stakeholders are aligned to the overall KPIs for the product. 
  • Lead program retrospectives and commitment to improvement on a regular cadence. 
  • Assess the current methodology, identify / rationalize gaps vs. best practices, and continuously improve the process for efficiency and operational quality
  • Communicate status, risks with resolution plan, upcoming milestones, and recent releases to leadership teams 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Capacity to deliver results under deeply tight and high-pressure timelines in a highly ambiguous environment 
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills 
  • Sharp eye for details with a “hands-on” and continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies and design improvement solutions 
  • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes 
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent related professional experience
