Job title: Production Support Analyst
Acknowledge and act on application alerts displayed on monitoring tools. Perform sanity checks at regular intervals in PROD and PSE environments for the above-mentioned applications. Perform other health checks at the prescribed times. Incident resolution as per defined run book and process documentation Incident ownership and escalation until resolution or acceptance of the issue by another team. Generation, posting, and purging of the participant, public, and regulator reports in conjunction with other teams. Perform pre and post-validation checks during changes/releases Perform Disaster Recovery test activities and shake-out tests Participate in Disaster Recovery Exercises.
