Urgent hiring for a Product Manager who's dedicated to serving MSPs (Managed Services Providers)!

• Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 5 AM-2 PM CDT (6 PM-3 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
• Work Duration: Permanent/Full-time WFH
• Earn $15/hr

Job Description:

• Work with product owners, development team to build the bots/reports that help MSP (Managed Service Providers) service managers to automate their day-to-day tasks
• Write the product requirement, review the final product to ensure it is designed as planned
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirement, and track project costs in order to meet budget

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience as a Service Manager with a proven track record in customer service within enterprise software or SaaS is required
• At least 3 years of product development or project management experience in a SaaS company or IT business is required
• Background in ConnectWise and other MSP (Managed Service Provider) management software (Autotask, ServiceNow, etc) is required
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Strong familiarity with customer service standards and processes
• Working knowledge with project management software, databases, and tools
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Agile principles
• Must have his/her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
