Product Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with users to gain a deep understanding of user’s pain points (problems, needs, experiences, etc)
• Lead the team from product ideation, design, iteration, deployment and evaluation
• Create shared vision on product vision & priorities across the company
• Create roadmap both from product development & business operation part
• Work together with data analysts to find the business case, monitor/define success metrics and interpret results from each testing/release
• Work with your consumer insights and experience design partners to deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our customers, content team, and partners

Requirements

• Have 2 years min. product management experience
• Experienced in leading project teams
• Experienced as a product owner in an agile software development team
• Strategic thinker with strong project management skills: excellent at prioritizing and working on multiple projects simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Desired to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Familiar with Trello, JIRA, GitLab, GitHub
• Have a fluent understanding of canvas model: idea validation, design thinking, business model
