About This Role

Klook’s Payments Solution team is looking for a dynamic Product Analyst, Payments Solutions to scale, define and drive new product initiatives to serve the growing needs of our platform and allow customers worldwide to easily make secure purchases on our platform. This role reports to the Associate Director, Payment and will be based in our Singapore office. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Business Development, Finance, and other teams across Klook. You should be passionate about payments and able to combine technical fluency, a strong sense of user experience, tact and business insight. You should have demonstrable experience in payment acceptance and the ability to drive an impactful vision and requirements that rally the team and delight customers.

What you’ll do

  • Understand the competitive payment & fraud landscape in local markets, discover market insights and identify customer pain points
  • Act as payment & fraud expert / consultant for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product
  • Partner with finance and business stakeholders in evaluating payment gateway/acquiring related objectives and needs
  • Manage payment partners & fraud solution providers in any product related engagement to build innovative payments products for our customers
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and customer-facing teams, manage configurations, develop best practice processes and deliver future enhancements
  • Review and analyze existing payment systems & fraud tools and data for its effectiveness, drive system enhancements, upgrades and modifications
  • Ensure documentation and procedures are complete
  • Strong advocate of the company's culture and standards that values teamwork, innovation, and customer service

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred. We also welcome Fresh Graduates with the relevant education background
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese for liaison with regional stakeholders
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills are required to present strategies and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time and meet project deadlines
  • Fully vaccinated from COVID-19
