The Role:

The Project Manager PMO will have a proven record - able to manage multiple projects and/or work streams, confident with managing complex stakeholders at all levels and committed to delivering value to clients via well executed projects.


  • Working with the project manager and Delivery team leads to monitor and provide reporting on resource allocation and burn down against scheduled Client deliveries & budgets on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Monitoring and reporting of key KPI information
  • Production and monitoring of work orders required to support Client deliveries
  • Oversight on delivery expenses
  • Work with Operations and Delivery senior management to resolve Client escalations

Project Management Office

  • Ensuring that the PMO Process is being followed by regional client projects
  • Create project related documentation (project presentations, timelines, stakeholder maps, RACI Matrix, etc.)
  • Facilitate the collection and collation of meeting minutes, actions, draft response to clients
  • Manage project risks and document them
  • Capture and share project lessons learned
  • Collaboration and being the connector: Establish and maintain close working relationships with project leads
  • Forecast / budget updates – management of forecast services
  • Provide various monthly reporting to client project teams
  • Monitoring and reporting of key KPI information
  • Create, enhance and provide overall PMO Reports
  • Provide recommendation to continuously improve (i.e. PMO Process, PMO Templates)


  • 5 year’s experience within a PMO function, working as a PMO
  • Ideally 2 years scaling a PMO function
  • Previous experience with RAID log management
  • Proven experience with Programme reporting & KPI’s
  • Proven experience with project life cycle & managing plans for complex projects
  • Existing experience within IT services, financial services or professional services.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good Client relationships, both internally and externally
  • Have excellent attention to detail and flexible to deal with multiple Client accounts
  • Well organized individual able to meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office products, Excel and accounting software programmes
  • Existing invoicing experience highly desirable
  • Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations


  • Professional PMO qualifications highly desirable but not essential


  • Business knowledge/ awareness in Wealth Management or a related industry
