Job Detail

1. To provide administrative services including diary management, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence for the CTO.

2.Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports

3.To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives as and when required

4.To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner

5.Undertakes adhoc assignments and assist in the administrative support activities


1.Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

2.Meticulous with good organizational and research skills

3.Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges

4.Able to work in fast-paced environment

5. MNC background preferred

6.Preferred language: English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries, concerns and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking associate matters.)
