What You Will Do

  • Lead and implement some Global People Team projects (employee relations, contracts & offers, benefits) and roll them out in the APAC region / globally.
  • Take charge of the entire employee lifecycle experience from managing offer templates to guiding and supporting career development.

Who You Are

  • You have "learned the ropes" during at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role where you have managed a variety of HR tasks, including performance management, benefits, employee relations, etc.
  • Experience with fast-growing SaaS / tech companies. Focus on supporting sales / go-to-market (GTM) teams is an advantage
  • Bringing experience of working across any of our key locations in APAC and/or experience in expanding people operations into new countries and the challenges that brings (employment options, payroll, contracts, etc.).
  • You have a good understanding of laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies relevant in People Operations.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you’re not afraid to be “hands-on” to get it done.
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and can balance multiple demands and competing priorities.
  • You are proactive and you take ownership.
  • You remain calm under pressure and stay professional and friendly.
  • You are a confident communicator (in writing, presentations etc.) and can build relationships with various stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Business proficiency in English (further regional languages are a plus)
