People Intern

As part of a full remote team, our people team is essential so that our team members are well supported and are part of a team working together to make the world a better place! You will work on organizing team activities, be part of recruitment processes and learn about remote work practices. This is an opportunity to learn from one of Indonesia’s first full remote team and understand the advantages (and challenges)!

Job Description:

• Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
• Support recruitment efforts such as screening resumes and application forms
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Participate in organizing company events, internship programs and careers days
• Create, review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

Requirement:

• Fresh Graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related major (Final semester students are welcome to apply)
• Energetic, creative, and fast learner
• Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
• Familiar with Google suit package (Spreadsheet, Docs, etc)
• Good English (Written is a must) 
• Available for at least 3 months
• Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission
