Payroll Manager

Exciting opportunities to work as a Payroll Manager at a leading group of companies

Job Description:

- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information

- Compiling summaries of employees’ earnings, taxes, leave, SSB and reporting on this

- Resolving payroll discrepancies

- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures

Skills and Requirements:

- 8+ years experience in human resources, especially in compensation & benefit function

- Experience in handling payroll calculation process over a thousand of manpower is a must

- Comfortable working with numbers and excellent mathematics skill

Experience in using payroll software and advanced excel

Location: Yangon

Compensation package: Up to 1,300,000 MMK + other benefits

Industry: Group of Companies
