Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Payroll Manager. to join our growing team. You will be responsible to:

  • Manage global payroll including bonuses and commissions to ensure timely and accurate payout
  • File registrations in all jurisdictions Workato is required to register in to process payroll
  • Ensure compliance with individual country and state laws
  • Oversee and lead the team through payroll audits
  • Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
  • Experience with international payroll
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
  • Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
  • Has a high degree of accuracy and a strong work ethic
