About the Job

We are looking for a part-time admin assistant to support our expanding team in various administrative duties. They will work closely with the Finance Manager in ensuring efficient operations.


- Perform data entry tasks

- Assisting the Finance Executives with researching and compiling data

- Filing, copying, and scanning documents


- Ability to perform administrative duties

- Good command of English

- Good communication skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

- Ability to do research

- Strong organization and planning skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


- Work from home and remote work is allowed

- You can work any 1-2 days between Mondays to Fridays (must be able to able to commit at least 5 hours per day)

- Flexible working hours
