Outbound Sales Specialist

A fast growing marketing agency is looking for a personable, thorough Outbound Sales Specialist appointment setter to contact prospective clients via telephone and e-mail.

This person will be responsible for contacting prospective clients via email and phone to determine fit between the company and prospects and book appointments for the sales reps.

Responsibilities:

• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
• Determining fit between the company and prospects (qualifying)
• Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
• Following up with prospective clients and furthering the sales process

Requirements:

• Native or High-Level English Language Proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Persuasive and results-oriented
• Available to work any time between 9 am and 9 pm Eastern Standard Time
